  • Burren Balsamics is a renowned artisanal producer of premium pantry products, based in Northern Ireland. The company is known for its commitment to sourcing the finest local ingredients and creating one-of-a-kind flavours. Garnering a loyal following of food enthusiasts and chefs alike, its products continue to gather awards across the UK and Ireland.

  • Located 20 minutes from Belfast and just yards away from the historic harbour in Donaghadee, County Down overlooking the Copeland Islands, lies the Copeland Distillery. Producing a range of Irish gins, rums and whiskey, Copeland is one of Ireland’s newest and most innovative distilleries. 

    The 6500 sq. ft. distillery, built at a cost of £1m, is now home to their award-winning Classic Irish and Navy Strength gins, innovative cask-aged rums and a new range of malt and pot-still whiskey which are currently maturing prior to release from 2024.

  • Corndale Farm, which started its farm in 2012 with just 4 pigs, is Northern Ireland's only producer of Free Range Charcuterie products. Born out of a desire to produce high welfare, quality meat, it soon fell in love with keeping pigs and watching the farm grow.

    In 2015 Corndale spotted a gap in the market for locally made charcuterie products and developed its first product “Chorizo”. It has recently invested in a new production facility, almost four times the size of its previous outlet, employing seven staff and selling its products within NI, ROI, GB and Europe.

    Corndale's success include, three Great Taste awards, numerous Blas na hEireann awards and a string of British Charcuterie awards. It is fully EEC Export licensed and has recently been awarded its SALSA accreditation.

  • Crust and Crumb Bakery operates from 5 BRC “AA” approved production facilities in the UK (Northern Ireland) and Europe (Republic of Ireland), with one dedicated Gluten/Vegan Free production site. We are Ireland’s largest manufacturer of chilled pizza along with an extensive range of ambient, chilled and frozen flatbread products. Crust & Crumb specialises in private label Pizza, Pizza Bases, Naan Breads, Pitta Breads, Garlic Flatbreads and Tortilla Wraps and currently export to the UAE market.

  • Forest Feast travelled the world to find the best ingredients, and handcraft these into the most delicious snacks for you to discover. From exotic dried mango, to delicious Belgian chocolate enrobed dried fruit and nut, it takes great pride in creating world class products for consumers to enjoy - Go forage!

  • Glens of Antrim Potatoes is renowned for being a family favourite and trusted brand, recognised for its quality and determination in growing and packing the finest produce. Product reputation has been independently recognised with recent awards in the UK (Guild of Fine Foods, Great Taste Awards - 3 x Gold Stars) and RoI (BLAS NA Eireann, Irish Food Awards - Gold).

    Recent success within the last 6 months include the launch of two new flavours locally in Northern Ireland, Glens of Antrim Crisps Prawn Cocktail and Glens of Antrim Crisps Pickled Onion.
