Graduate to Export

Are you interested in working overseas and obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma? Learn, work and earn with our Graduate to Export Programme.
This year's Graduate to Export helps local companies achieve growth by providing financial assistance to recruit a graduate for 18 months. Graduates will spend six months in Northern Ireland familiarising themselves with the business before moving to an export market for 12 months to complete a market research project aligned to the company's strategic plan.
Benefits of the Programme
As part of the Programme, graduates will have the opportunity to work with an innovative Northern Ireland company, develop new skills and gain experience working in international markets while earning a competitive salary.
Graduates will also undertake a fully-funded course to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in International Marketing. Ulster University and the Institute of Export and International Trade will deliver the training programme by virtual delivery throughout the duration of the Programme.
Graduate travel will depend on Covid 19 travel guidelines and restrictions in place at the time.
I encourage any graduate who is looking for a new challenge and adventure to apply for the Graduate to Export Programme. It is a great opportunity to continue your education, move overseas and kick-start your career.
Catherine McConkey, Ulster Carpets, Graduate to Export participant
